creation of input csv files

I wanted to ask how did you create csv files in the input folders. Is there an automated script to do that using parent model?

The reactions of the pathway (pathway_table.csv) have to be manually curated, the remaining inputs can be easily generated from scripts using database information. We are working on a proyect to facilitate and automate this process, we may be able to share some of the code.
