Customizing the bootsound

Hi there, thanks for this project, very simple to follow and have custom icons working well.

I couldnt see where to customise the boot sound, is it possible?

Seems like there is configurability to alter every piece of meta content like image (icon, drc splash, tv splash), name etc but not the boot sound.

Is this a limitation of devkitpro / wut / wut-tools toolchain ?

I had a look in the devkitpro wut_rules but saw no mention of boot sound - totally stumped.

This must be added to wuhbtool first and I see that you've already created an issue! devkitPro/wut-tools#12

bootSound.btsnd is the boot sound, and bootMovie.h264 is the movie that plays in the top-left corner.
bootMovie.h264 is also not implemented IIRC. It would be nice to add custom bootMovie.h264 too, currently, it just does Homebrew animation.

Maschell confirmed that the homebrew on menu plugin would play the sound.

There is a tool written in Java that can be used to convert .wav to .btsnd. https://bitbucket.org/timogus/wav2btsnd/src/master/
But a new/updated tool would be nice.

Alright, rolled my sleeves up:

devkitPro/wut-tools#13

if this gets merged independently, means that rpx files packed through Boot2vWii can have wuhbtool run over it one more time but with the boot sound passed as a parameter.

There are dependant changes required elsewere in devkitpro as you can see in the PR for it to work with env variable style and cmake toolchain

One more catch though - checked in the aroma homebrew_on_menu plugin, and found that

A bootsound only plays when the title is classified as a "game", which in turn checks for the presence of both a TV and Drc splash image. This was consistent with my local testing.

I dont know what other stuff happens in aroma when something is a "game", so I dont know whether that rule could be relaxed for the bootsound, or whether there'd be validation to do in this repo to ensure images are present when a boot sound is.

Is there anything in wut-tools about bootMovie.h264?
I know the custom homebrew one is already there, but I have never seen someone use anything else.
