Make Booktrak more robust

Some TODOs booktrak. Most of these are backend changes

• Bug: sometimes adding a book fails (with errors indicating that book does not exist)
• Better UI. Make it work on mobiles.
• more robust Google service dependencies
• better documentation on which endpoints uses Google service, and which does not.
• For those that does not use Google service, make available even if Google service is not initialized.
• When searching for books, list the books existing in our database first
  • can be done by sending all the isbn's to the database to check for existence, and then reordering based on index.

Booktrak features use manually set FOLLETT_SEMESTER_UUID, last updated Spring 2024. Yes, we can update this manually, but we will keep forgetting. So should figure out strategy to automate.
