is there a way to embed the Thumbnail into the video?

Hi i am new to using this tool, i've used various video downlaoders in the past but i've started to want to try different ones just in case lol

An option i've really enjoyed in other video downloaders is the option to embed the Thumbnail of a video into the file

is there a way to do this on this one?

It automatically embeds thumbnails for mp3, mp4 and m4a (Currently only for Youtube)
Are you downloading from youtube or from other platform?

not sure why when i first downloaded a yt vid it didn't embed the thumbnail, but the next time i tried it it work
it got resolved but i forgot to update this question post lmao

now i am trying to understand why even if i make a playlost download in 360p it downloads the vids in 1080p.....
