Feature Request: Allow runasUserList and optRunasGroupList setting

Currently the default is to set runasUserList to "root"

I didn't see in the README any option for setting optRunasGroupList to something else.

Also it'd be nice if the README included the runas parameter/option in the "sudo::rule" section.
