acli push:artifact seems to behave differently than blt deploy when symbolic links in docroot are setup (simplesaml standard recipe)

Issue

When switching from blt-deplyoyment to acli-based deployments we noted that the simplesaml symlink in docroot is no longer appearing on the server.

Resolution suggestion

Please consider not removing/sanitizing it by default. Acquia is set to support simplesaml (SP) as per their website.

Our current workaround

Not yet switching to acli-based push:artifact deployments until that is resolved.

Alternatively one could replace the symlink by a real copy of the folder (with the extra maintenance work to update if the simplesaml package is updated ...!) - and sync that folder content before deployments.
