1.0.0 not published

Hi, I find this gem very useful but noticed that the 1.0 version is not published to rubygems so far.

It's causing troubles like depending on a very old version of public_suffix. I'm wondering what's remaining issues from publishing are and would like to offer to contribute. Thanks!

I will work on publishing v1 this week. I recommend bundling from this Github repo for now as the main branch uses up to date versions of public_suffix and addressable.
