New issue tracking mechanism #176
Description
This is a standing issue to indicate that I no longer use GitHub issues to track MegaDetector-related work items that are not yet in progress. Instead, I maintain a TODO.md file in the repo, which is viewable in a GitHub-issues-inspired viewer here.
GitHub Issues is still the right place for users to raise issues or ask questions, and it's still where I will track issues that are in progress and/or involve multiple contributors. GitHub Issues is also a great place to ask questions about anything on the task list. GitHub Issues is just not, IMHO, a very practical "TODO list".
