• looks like emedo uses the InitiatingGateway also for internal community calls see XCA: https://ikit.cara.ch/dep/#/transaction/02d76673-6ef4-41ae-8f8b-2e5635e5db7a and ITI-18 https://ikit.cara.ch/dep/#/transaction/450e4b83-b370-4df8-886e-5083df3a7bf7 where we have both the DocumentEntry with id 2.25.2111616810184976105163203131711320330106 inside.

• if XCA endpoint is down we get an exception:

• XCA query type needs to be change to iti-18

For queries we need to support EPR-SPID as a patient.identifier and translate it to Affinity Domain ID

can we add a warning if the xca endpoint is not working?

For Emedo, we only need the XCA endpoint for ITI-18 and ITI-43, but we need both endpoints for ITH.
