Bug--如果标题含有%符号 则无法插入或者更新序号

如：

# 监控指标告警
## k8s相关指标告警
### 节点内存 > 85%
### 节点CPU > 85%
### 节点硬盘 > 80%

删除 % 号即可更新序号
