how can I encode a PCM buffer (16,384 samples) in MP3 / ACC and send it with the TCP / UDP? I capture the audio from USB Stick, DVB-T FM. Some problems with header files MP3

You can feed your raw audio samples through an MP3 encoder such as LAME and then send the encoded stream through a UDP or TCP socket, similar to how it is sent in Stream-Server.
