No indentation in snakemake file #328
Description
Hello,
I am running Atom version 1.53.0 on macOS. When making the Snakefile, the syntax are highlighted but they are not indented. I have tried to name the file Snakefile as suggested in the snakemake tutorial, as well as with the .Snakefile and .smk extensions, but nothing seems to work.
