Add MetaData on file move

Problem

Metadata has to be added by hand via MusicBrainz Picard. I believe we can accomplish the same via some combination of the following:

https://github.com/aadsm/jsmediatags

Done

• files are tagged with metadata as they are moved
• use only best match, if no good match do nothing and write to stdout that a file is to be handled manually
