Improve Library Mapping

Re-reading the code for the library mapping has confused me. This should be cleaned up.

Look to split the directory mapping into 2 separate flows, one using the current Recursive methods, and the other using the non-recursive method from #13.
Will probably be a pretty gnarly rewrite.
