Compile Normalizer on OS X

Do you have instructions for compiling the normalizer on OS X Yosemite. It would help me very much as referring this back to our C++ team will take a long time to turn round.

(3 years later...) I just compiled it in OSX. All you need to do is add #include <cmath> to the utils headers and it works out of the box with cmake
