Out of sight, Out of bounds

Sometime a transparent control is position out of bounds of the parent. Is there a good way to set the location, left or top in relation to the parent. It does not happen every time, but it is annoying when it does. Even in your example when run multiple times, it seems the soccer ball is out of bounds of the window and there is no good way to move it except maybe put a button on the form to move all of the objects.
