Gamesir Kaleid Flux sticks doesn't work

I plug in my Xbox Gamesir Kaleid Flux controller (USB) and the RGB, buttons, and even the RS and LS button work, but the sticks don't work at all. Testing it in a game, the D-Pad uses the sticks function.
