Hello, I have a question about the Polyquant CT Reconstruction Toolbox

I am studying the code for the Polyquant CT Reconstruction Toolbox and the image for scattering.

 

But, I don'y know how to change data in demo_polyquant_scatter.m.

 

I have a nii file and I could make it into a mat file.

 

I'd really appreciate it if you could tell me.
