Description
I am trying to use CSVVAL to pull a data from a published google sheet. Using pulls the sheet fine. I know the share link is working. But when I try to do a what does 2,1 mean. Because in my case its pulling the 2nd row, 2nd column value not the first which i would guess would be the syntax. Where 2,2 returns "Failed to find requested value" although there certainly are more values in that row...
How does this syntax work?
