Bootstrap3 table and CSV plugin

Using the csv plugin with a bootstrap3 theme (eg : cerulean) does not use the default style of the table. Headers are in the wrong color, header separator is too thin.

Example :

Use :

<csv>
head1, head2, head3
1, c1, c2, c3
</csv>

Then use :

^ head 1 ^ head 2 ^ head 3 ^
| c1 | c2 | c3 |
