Mentor --> Intern Channel

What is your suggestion?

Add a channel called #ask-mentors where experienced engineers can share their advice for interns to increase their odds of getting a return offer especially in an ever increasing standard

What is the value add for adding this to the Discord server?

The benefit is mutual:
* Experienced engineers can make themselves available for interns to consult with. Mentorship is an important expectation for experienced engineers so experienced engineers have something to flex on their self review
* Interns that don't necessarily have a mentor can reach out to a mentor within cs careers dev discord server and ask for help/advice
