Can't open CSV Files

I'm having trouble on Windows. I installed the program today from here and tried to load the attached CSV file from my lab and one from this repository (also attached).

Hi @kgherold, thanks for raising this issue and welcome to GitHub!

You just have to change the file extension to .sanpy.

We decided to not import files with a .csv extension because users often have .csv files (for their analysis, etc) that are not meant to be imported into SanPy.

So in all those cases above, just rename the files to end in a .sanypy extension (get rid of the .csv).

Our importing from text (e.g. .sanpy) probably needs a bit of work for all the analysis and plugins to function correctly. Please reach out again if you get stuck anywhere and we will work to fix it!
