lots of warnings while compiling

I was on 4.23, today I compiled the latest, 4.30. It compiled and works, but I got lots of warnings. most like warning: 'void mailstream_cancel(mailstream*)' hides constructor for 'struct mailstream_cancel'. I tried it on Debian stable and RHEL 8, same behaviour. Nothing serious, I just can't recall these warnings up until 4.23.

Hi @krackout - thanks for reporting. There was a big increase in build warnings introduced in f7e7b32 (25 June) when
libetpan source code was added to nchat. Like you mentioned, they are not serious, so I've been putting off fixing them
until someone complains. 🙂

I'll create an issue from this discussion and fix most of the "low-hanging" warnings. There will be some left on some
platforms (~7 on Linux) and I'll try fix those last ones too eventually, but it will be at a later point in time.

I have reported an issue - #146 - to track fixing the remaining 7 compilation warnings. I'll close this discussion for now.

The remaining 7 compilation warnings should be fixed now, and building nmail should be warning free (tested macOS and Ubuntu).
