How to import data on Google Cloud #289

Hi everyone,
We have started Brazil Data Commons, but I am having trouble understanding how to import our data into Google Cloud. We generate MCF files from CSVs and validate them using this tool. However, I'm unsure how to effectively send our data to BigQuery/CloudSQL using the import tool.
Regarding the "Open Knowledge Graph," where is it stored? Is there a unique "Open Knowledge Graph," or can each country have its own "Open Knowledge Graph" stored on Google Cloud?
