zk.getAttendance() is timeout. I get device details

I ran the sample code.
It connected and shown device details.

CMD_ACK_OK
connection: True

The device is working fine with ESSL software.
Using this library, I got the user details. When trying to get the attendance details using zk.getAttendance() , Its timed out
