關於兩個 instructions 設定的修改建議

在 settings.json 裡設定 github.copilot.chat.testGeneration.instructions 和 github.copilot.chat.codeGeneration.instructions 的部份，微軟官方已經在 VS Code 1.102 之後的版本標示為 Deprecated，並建議透過 .github/copilot-instructions.md 或 *.instructions.md 來設定，建議在原本的教學裡加上註釋或提示讓其他學員知道，或者麻煩 您加入這方面的教學，謝謝！

* The codeGeneration and testGeneration settings are deprecated as of VS Code 1.102. We recommend that you use instructions files instead (.github/copilot-instructions.md or *.instructions.md).
