Update ossp-uuid to 1.6.4 #34
Description
The Debian folks seem to have been updating uuid-ossp, however, they no longer include a configure script. We need to run autoreconf -fi to generate it, however I've yet to figure out what package we can install to get autoreconf and currently am short of time.
