Copy multi-arch image to ECR

Can we add option in ECR config, so customer can decide what architecture they'd like to copy to ECR when they have muti-arch image?
I will create pull request for this new feature.

Also: what is the current behavior ? (we have multi-arch and thinking of using k8s-image-swapper - but this could be a show-stopper for us)

Looking at the relevant function ECRClient.CopyImage:

Skopeo is always invoked with -multi-arch all.

It seems however Skopeo itself also currently lacks the ability to specify a certain arch while copying - so I guess implementing this would be a bit more involved.
