Not working on Pi 4

I used this node with node red on a pi3 in combination with a HTPC (windows + kodi 18.4). It works without issues.

But when I use the same node on my pi3 with kodi on a pi 4, it does not work. I does not connect to the pi 4. I checked that every option is the same as on my HTPC and on my Pi 4, but to no avail.

What could be the issue?
