Options for CSV export (separator...)

Description

To be able to override those default options for CSV Export (see DownloadData.svelte) :

• fieldSeparator
• decimalSeparator

What problem would this solve?

Our users absolutly love our reports but are turned off by the data export !
Those users are using Excel extensively, and in france (and apparently in other countries), opening a CSV with comma separator instead of semicolon in Excel puts all data in the first column and thus need to be imported and transformed from text file or converted from first column (not always successfully) to be read.
So as an alternative to an .xlsx export, to be able to generate a usable CSV will make our users happy and we could do a lot more evidence reports instead of the same old excel file...

How should it work?

Maybe by setting global CSV export options using some reserved variables in the index.md frontmatter ?
