Hi. I tried running FoDUpload.win.exe from https://github.com/fod-dev/fod-uploader-java/releases/tag/v3.0.8 but got an error

You've missed nothing, that's a bad bundling. I need to get the build working that was generating those again and upload the latest version exe.
