Add Path To Integer ID Conversion Routines

For use within the context of plugins a sequential mapping of the domain of osc paths onto the domain of integers needs to be implemented.
This should be a rather direct operation though it may need some tweaks to keep the mapping dense with respect to mappable parameters and any direct implementation will result in the integer ids changing on pretty much any path addition.
