Add more text in PRT-notebook

Describe the task

In the PRT-notebook in the documentation, very little text is included. I think we should at least include:

• what are we doing in the notebook? Are we performing a new simulation, or are we using an existing run?
• where do we start the particles?
• when do we stop a particle?
• What are we plotting?

Issue checklist

• Add labels
• Add issue type
• Assign yourself, a nlmod developer or no one
• Check if there is not already an existing issue for this task
