Automated Builds via EAS Workflows

### Describe the problem

Currently, I am locally building all releases which relies on my local machine's performance. 

### Describe the feature/solution

It would be nice if I could attach a tag called `build` where it would trigger a Github Actions and use our Expo account to perform an EAS workflow of building both iOS and Android apps.
