API to list toolbox items

I am working on building a Hack Club mobile app, and it would be nice if we could get stuff from the toolbox in it without calling the Github api and parsing the code in manifest.js.

Changes to implement this seem to have been submitted in #75 but it was closed due to the author deleting their fork.
