Arduino pin 13 (PB5) is set to output after userSetup

The result is that pin 13 doesn't function as the user expects, as PB5 is set to an output transparently in the background. Suggest moving the LED port setup to before userSetup().

Thinking about it more, this order is actually important so that the user can assign these pins in userSetup(). This might just be something for the documentation.
