Support K8S installers in V

Description

As we agreed, we need to support V installers for all of the apps mentioned in this issue

Apps to be supported

• CryptPad
• Elements, Matrix chat (the Rust one)
• Gitea
• Stallwart: mail/calendar/contacts
• Nextcloud
• Livekit or Jitsi integrated with Elements/Nextcloud
• SSO (can this be Gitea as backend) -- later

The progress will be commented on this issue, we will mark the in-progress app with - [..] Gitea

Issue Update

@PeterNashaat and I have been working on adding installer support for both the CryptPad and Element applications.
All required configurations are now properly defined in the corresponding YAML files and correctly parsed for deployment.

• Peter is currently implementing additional enhancements and improvements for the CryptPad app.
• I am focusing on adding support for the Gitea installer.
  During this process, I identified that we should support both SQLite3 and PostgreSQL databases for now. Peter will further investigate the database handling to ensure compatibility.

  • Updated core k8app: shared helpers (verify_pod_ready, name_fix, hostname validation)
  • Refactor Element Chat, Gitea, CryptPad to use core helpers and consistent namespaces
  • Ensure TFGW-compatible, alphanumeric hostnames across all k8-app installers
  • Verified install/destroy flows for Element Chat, Gitea, CryptPad, and Stalwart
