new_name without label at bottom

I did import the solution in both environments, DEV and TEST, but at TEST it's showing field new name without label at bottom. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hey! thanks for reporting this. I'm a bit behind on my bug fixes...but will try and pick this up. i've got a bit of time free over the next week :)
