More options for font colours

If you choose certain accent colours, it can become hard to read the fonts - there could be options to set the primary and secondary font colours the same way as the accent.

The theme and accent colours are currently loaded into the CSS via $_GET - I should do a DB lookup in styles.php to grab the options instead.
