Config with notifications not working

Have you experienced that when an instance with notification gets new updates, it won't do any actions anymore? I got into "instances not responding" until i remove the config and rebuild the environment.

Try this as test case:

• create and load or use existing environment without "RDS-Alarm.config"
• Add RDS-Alarm.config, including needed option parameters
• update environment to create alarms
• update and change code [aws.push, deploy-version]
• from here on, you'll never get responses anymore from the instances.
