Bulk delete all Facebook posts

In @SaptakS's recent #545 (rebased in #561) PR, we attempted to delete individual wall posts.

Describe the solution you'd like
A simpler approach is we could try to bulk delete posts by:

1. Navigating to the profile
2. Clicking "Manage Posts"
3. Repeatedly scrolling down and clicking "Select all" until 50 posts are selected
4. Click "Next"
5. Click "Delete Posts"
6. Click "Done"
7. Return to step 2 until all posts are deleted

The algorithm for deleting posts needs to be slightly more complicated. When you choose Manage Posts, and select all next to a month, sometimes the "Delete Posts" option is disabled:

This happens when some of the items you select are not posts. For example:

The bottom two selected items are updating a cover photo and updating a profile image, and these cannot be deleted, only hidden.

When you select all, at the bottom is says, "You can hide the posts selected." (if your language is set to English, at least). If you unselect the ones that are not posts, it changes to, "You can hide or delete the posts selected.".

As far as I can tell, this is the only indicator in the DOM that the selected items are posts which can be deleted.

One possible algorithm is:

• Navigate to the profile
• Click "Manage Posts"
• Loop through checkboxes
  • Click a checkbox, and check the string
  • If it doesn't say "delete", uncheck the box
  • Continue until 50 boxes are checked, or we are out of checkboxes
• Click Next, Delete Posts, Done, and repeat

I think this would work, but the problem remains that we're relying on searching the DOM for an English string. What if the user's language is set to something else?

One possible solution is we can start by changing the language to Fnglish, delete all the posts, then change it back. This feels sloppy, but maybe it's the best way to proceed.
