All units in mesh generation system should be in meters

Some modifiers use vector space values, some use meters. Some goes like 0.002, some goes 4000....
First we need a list of modifiers and every other modules using any type of arbitrary number.
Then we need them all using same thing, possibly mercator meters/units.
