0.2.0 - Integrated Chat/Tools

integrated chat interface, removing:

• open webui
• the API

improving:

• speed
• efficiency
• versatility of agent behaviour.

now the AI talks as directly as possible with Chrome. That's pretty good.

I also built a chat interface. It needs more work on formatting its JSON results.
