Wrong shape files showing up for Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Harford County, Maryland, US

Hi,

I have downloaded the geojason files for harford county, MD but the buildings footprints are matching with the base map as shown in the picture attached here.

Please note that I am opening this from the "Open in Map Viewer" option of the ArcGIS online.
