Delta in QGIS #91
Description
How can one add an XYZ tile or other tile service showing the latest delta version of the MS Buildings Footprints to QGIS? I'm talking about the same MS Building dataset used on RapidEditor.org. Those seem to be showing the latest delta dataset but I want to show that in QGIS.
