[BUG] Specified cast is not valid when trying to use OCR feature

When trying to use OCR sample on copilot+ PC with appropriately high build it isn't able to get the model due to "specified cast is not valid" error code.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to OCR sample.
2. Click on Get model.
3. See error

Expected behavior
Model downloaded, sample works.

Yes, I'm running into the same error here. I'm on the Beta WIP build (26220.7271) and have Version 0.5.3.0 of the app installed.
