Incorrect total playtime for large files

I cut commercials out of a 1080p movie that is about 2hrs long.

With the commercials removed, the total time is about 01:30:36 long

The output file shows a total time of 10:59:56. The file plays for a while but freezes at some point.

There is no problem with smaller and shorter files such as 1hr long 480p files.

I tried to merge the segments with ffmpeg with the .tp extension in the output file, but it didn't work. FFmpeg will work if the output file has the .ts extension. Can you change the extension in the output file to .ts when the source file is .tp, please? I think changing the extension from .tp to .ts will help.

this works:
ffmpeg -f concat -safe 0 -i "joinlist.txt" -dn -c copy "output.ts"

But when I use the .tp extension, ffmpeg gives an error:
