Witch Farm broken

As of minecraft 1.9, mobs do not fall through moving floors. This means that the witch farm is no longer operational.

We will need to invent or find a new design.

@meshy – this one looks good, falls back to the ol' trip wire and water shunting technique.

We'll need to work out where the old bounding box was from #42 so we can put the floors in at the correct height.
