How to run in debug mode or how can I get library logs?

I explored library...but I didn't get any clue how to collect logs? Anyone help would be very helpful

See if running in verbose mode (the -v flag) produces what you need. It can be set to its most verbose mode with -vvv.
For example, you can do something like

ontogpt -vvv extract -t drug -i ~/path/to/abstract.txt

to get all output logs.
When in the most verbose mode, you can also use the --show-prompt flag to output every prompt passed to the LLM. This is off by default but can be useful for debugging.
