Using hardware trigger for starting acquisition

Hello! Thanks a ton for this software. 

I got everything to work and run at a frame rate of 120 for three software-triggered cameras but I want to now, instead, use a hardware trigger.

I'm not sure how to do this. Additionally, I'm not sure if it is better to send trigger for each image or one trigger for starting a rolling acquisition. Thanks a ton!
